Qi Gong class

Qi gong is a holistic system of coordinated body movement, breath, postures and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese philosophy and martial arts, Qi gong is an energetic practice to cultivate and balance the Qi or "life energy" that is a natural part of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.
